Before installing any new update, you must first uninstall the previous software version.

For Operating Systems which don't have the .NET redistributable package v2.0 installed, manually install the .NET Run-time Environment before starting the Downloader setup.

To use the STC Pro logger II, the system needs to recognise the Virtual Com Port.

The driver to suit your OS can be downloaded from:

Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows Server 2003 (Download)

Windows 98 and Windows ME (Download)

Previous versions of the STC Downloader Software:
		STC Downloader Software v2.5 (v2.5 includes the FoT feature)
		STC Downloader Software v2.3 (v2.3 is functionally the same as v2.5, but excludes the FoT feature)
